| Fruit Flavors |
|
| Our fruit flavors are water-based
with absolutely no dairy in them. They have 750 grams of fresh fruit
in every pan. They have only 1-1/2% of fat, which means that in a 4
ounce serving size there is no more than 3 grams of fat. Since they are completely dairy free,
the fruit flavors are positively safe for customers that are lactose
intolerant.

| Cream Flavors |

| Our cream flavors are dairy-based and
made with heavy cream. They have only 4-7% fat, which means that in
4 ounce serving size, there is no more than 7 grams of fat. At this time all of our Gelato is
made with sugar. Comparably, most American ice creams have 14-25%
fat, depending on the quality of the product.
